Azuma Foods International Inc., USA moved to a new factory

Azuma Foods International Inc., USA has moved our location to a new facility on October 14th, 2009, with a land over 280,000sq ft. We are very proud to introduce our new facility in Hayward that has about 72,000sq ft (total land area being 2 times bigger than our previous facility, and the factory production area being 2.6 times bigger than before) and 260% of our previous production capacity.

Azuma Foods new facility is not only for increasing the volume of production, but also for the safer and reliable production under our thorough quality control. Our facility is transformed to an “Eco-Friendly” facility to address the global environmental issues, such as the global warming and the water pollution, more seriously.

The boiler system that utilizes the waste heat energy from both, the cooler and freezer.

The latest effluent treating system that lowers CBOD (Carbonaceous -+Biochemical Oxygen Demand) and SS (Suspended Solid) and has better control on PH balance.

Reducing waste and lowering the level of CO2 from transportation by using the central seasoning distribution system.

Recyclable packages and materials use. Inventing of simple and recyclable packaging for our current and future products.

24-hour central temperature monitoring system enables us to cut excess electric power.
